The product is available in four specifications with copper content ranging from 75% to 90%, fully meeting the different copper content requirements of various aluminum alloy products. The balance components of the copper tablet include three options: aluminum powder, sodium-free flux, aluminum powder plus sodium-free flux, which can be flexibly selected according to production needs. Each tablet weighs between 100g and 1333g, and the packaging is available in 20kg per box or customized according to customer requirements. Copper Tablet is mainly used to adjust the content of copper element in the manufacture of high-quality aluminum alloys. Adding this additive can effectively improve the strength, wear resistance and electrical conductivity of aluminum alloys. It is widely used in the production of high-performance aluminum alloy products, such as precision mechanical parts, electronic components and high-strength aluminum alloy profiles.
After the aluminum is fully melted, stir the aluminum liquid thoroughly until the temperature is uniform. This step can ensure that the subsequent addition of copper tablets is melted evenly.
Ensure that the temperature of the aluminum liquid is above 720℃. This temperature is the optimal melting temperature for copper tablets, which can promote the rapid melting and diffusion of copper elements.
After drossing off the impurities on the surface of the aluminum liquid, put the required amount of copper tablets into the liquid dispersedly. Avoid concentrated addition, which can prevent local overheating or uneven element distribution.
Follow the time sequence strictly: keep the aluminum liquid still for 10 minutes, then fully stir for 5 minutes, refine for 20 minutes, and finally conduct component analysis after standing for 5 minutes. It is recommended to add copper tablets before adding silicon and magnesium to ensure that the tablets have sufficient melting time and temperature.
