Aluminum alloy additives

Established in 1995, located in Harbin city, with a total investment of 200 million CNY. It covers an area of 23,000 square meters, planned to include 3 production workshops, 1 provincial-level R&D center, and 1 comprehensive center. It is expected to be fully put into operation in 2026, achieving an annual production capacity of 13,000 tons.

Established in 2006, covering an area of 14,670 square meters. It integrates the research, production, and sales of environmentally aluminum alloy metal additives. As one of the drafters of the national industry standard for Aluminum alloy additives, it has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise for 12 consecutive years and is recognized as a "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" enterprise by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Established in 2009 and covering an area of 12,746 square meters, has A-level R&D institution in Hebei Province, which comprises a research and development room, a process room, an inspection and analysis center, and a general management office. Equipped with mixers, presses, and drying ovens, as well as inspection and analysis equipment such as spectral analyzers, reduction furnaces, and muffle furnaces.

Established in 2022, is the fourth production base wholly invested and established by Dongsheng group. It covers a total land area of 133,333 square meters. The company has designed three production lines with a production capacity of 120,000 tons per year, including 30,000 tons per year for Master alloy products, 30,000 tons per year for ALTIB products, and 60,000 tons per year for Alloying tablet products.
