AlV tablets (fast‑melting): rapid dissolution and accurate dosing. Optimized density, binder, and geometry enable high vanadium recovery and minimal dross where tight composition windows are required.
Waffle/ingots: robust handling, uniform chemistry, low oxidation, and stable V content for batch or continuous charging.
Custom cuts and shapes (by discussion): rods, shot, or granules to fit specific feeders.
Standard vanadium levels: AlV10, AlV20, AlV50. Tailored chemistries are available on request.
Standard grades are supplied with aluminum balance and controlled impurities. Typical caps: Fe ≤ 0.20%, Si ≤ 0.15%, each other ≤ 0.05%, or as agreed. Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis for full traceability.
Typical addition rates are 0.05–0.30% V depending on the alloy and targeted properties. Preheat charges as appropriate. Introduce the master alloy into a well‑formed vortex under good flow. Use compatible refining and degassing fluxes to maximize vanadium transfer and melt cleanliness.
