Step-by-Step Usage Guidelines

Pre-melting Preparation: Fully melt the aluminum ingots in the smelting furnace, and continuously stir the molten aluminum until the temperature is uniform throughout the melt.

Temperature Control: Ensure that the temperature of the molten aluminum is maintained above 720℃, which is the optimal temperature for the melting and reaction of Iron Tablet.

Addition Method: After removing the slag on the surface of the molten aluminum, disperse the required amount of Iron Tablet evenly into the melt. Avoid concentrating the tablets in one area to prevent local over-concentration of iron elements.

Post-addition Operation: Let the melt stand for 10 minutes after adding the tablets, then fully stir for 5 minutes to promote uniform mixing of iron elements. Conduct a 20-minute refining process, and wait for another 5 minutes before carrying out the final composition analysis. Important Tip: It is recommended to add Iron Tablet before adding silicon and magnesium additives to ensure sufficient melting time and temperature for the tablets.
