Nickel Tablet is specifically formulated for adjusting nickel element content during the production of high-quality aluminum alloys. The addition of nickel can effectively improve the high-temperature strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, making them ideal for applications in automotive engine parts, aerospace components and high-end mechanical equipment.
First, completely melt the aluminum raw materials, then stir the molten aluminum thoroughly to achieve uniform temperature distribution across the entire liquid system.
Keep the temperature of the molten aluminum above 720℃, which is the ideal temperature to maximize the melting efficiency and integration effect of Nickel Tablet.
After skimming off the surface dross and impurities, add the required quantity of Nickel Tablet into the molten aluminum in a dispersed manner to avoid clumping and ensure even mixing of nickel elements.
