Manganese Tablet is exclusively designed for adjusting manganese element content in the manufacturing of high-quality aluminum alloys. The precise addition of manganese can enhance the strength, hardness and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys, making the final products suitable for aerospace, automotive and construction industries.

Professional Usage Guidelines

Ensure the aluminum ingots are fully melted, then thoroughly stir the molten aluminum until the temperature is evenly distributed throughout the liquid.

Maintain the molten aluminum temperature above 720℃, which is the optimal temperature range for the effective melting and integration of Manganese Tablet.

After removing the surface dross, dispersedly add the required amount of Manganese Tablet into the molten aluminum to prevent agglomeration and ensure uniform mixing.

Allow the mixture to stand still for 10 minutes, then perform full stirring for 5 minutes followed by a 20-minute refining process. Wait for another 5 minutes before conducting the final composition analysis.
