Degassing Flux is a high-efficiency refining agent independently developed by our company, specializing in the purification treatment of aluminum and its alloys. We are a manufacturer with 4 production bases in China, with rich experience in flux R & D and production. Our product is available in three flexible forms: powder, granule, and tablet, to meet the different operational needs of various aluminum processing scenarios. This Degassing Flux is mainly used to remove non-metallic impurities and gas from aluminum melt, and it is especially suitable for aluminum alloy refining (except high magnesium content alloys). It has the characteristics of environmental protection, high efficiency, and low metal loss, and is the preferred auxiliary material for aluminum casting and processing enterprises.

The flux has excellent purification performance, which can significantly reduce the content of non-metallic impurities and cavities in aluminum castings. This improvement directly enhances the density and mechanical properties of the finished aluminum products, reducing the occurrence of defects such as cracks and air holes in subsequent processing.
Our Degassing Flux can quickly separate the slag from the aluminum melt during the refining process. The separated slag has a loose structure and does not agglomerate, which is easy to clean and remove. Our Degassing Flux is widely used in the refining treatment of aluminum and its alloys, covering a full range of aluminum processing application scenarios, with core application scenarios including aluminum pressure casting, sand casting, metal mould casting, low pressure casting, electrolytic aluminum and electrical aluminum rod processing, aluminum plate strip bar and section production, aluminum master alloy formulation design, and aluminum scrap melting and recycling. Each scenario can rely on the high purification performance of the flux to optimize the quality of aluminum melt and finished products.
The flux is mainly used for injection refining and drossing operations. It is recommended to use special injection equipment to put the flux into the aluminum melt for full reaction.
Strictly follow the recommended dosage according to the volume of the aluminum melt and the degree of impurity content, to avoid excessive or insufficient addition affecting the refining effect.
The product must be stored in a dry and ventilated environment. It is strictly prohibited to contact with water, otherwise, its performance will be affected.
