The mechanism of action is closely linked to the formation of TiAl3 and TiB2 particles. When added to the liquid melt, these particles release a large number of heterogeneous nucleation cores, which act as nucleation sites during melt solidification, thereby refining alloy grains and improving the mechanical and physical properties of aluminum alloys. This product is widely used in aluminum casting, extrusion, and rolling processes, suitable for producing high-performance aluminum alloy profiles, sheets, and castings. Various forms are available, including waffle ingots, sticks, cut casting bars, and online runners for launders, among which online adding offers the advantages of excellent refining effect, convenient operation, cost-effectiveness, flexible adjustment, and easy automation.
Form Selection: Choose the appropriate product form according to the production process. For continuous casting and rolling lines, online runners or coil-type AlTiB alloy are recommended for automated addition; for small-scale casting, ingot or stick types are more convenient to use.
